I immediately noticed that Welcome Renovation prioritizes your experience. For example - excellent project management and communication. I am incredibly busy with work and they made the whole process SO easy working around my schedule and sending pictures when I wasn’t able to drop by in person. I felt 100% confident with the design choices they made and was happy with all of the options (these were all carefully down-selected so there weren’t an overwhelming number of choices). I can count at least 4 - probably more if I really thought about it - ways they actually spent more money on their end to make things look better or improve functionality, without increasing the price to me. Every single worker was friendly and courteous, and I felt safe and trusted them in my home both when I was there and when they were alone.
